LX Coaching is me, Alex.
I am a lifelong athlete and I have done a very divers array of sports. Soccer, field hockey, skateboarding, snowboarding, climbing and surfing. I have seen a lot of movement patterns. I have seen people move. Move beautifully and terrible. Over the past 2 decades this inspired me to participate in a host of seminars, sports education programs and last year the Strongfit coaches week. I have been a guinea pig for tons of different exercise regimes. After all these years I can truly say that there is always more to learn.I evolved from just doing sports, to training to stay injury free (not always successfully), got into Crossfit around 2013/14. Coached for a few months at Crossfit Scheveningen. Then sometime mid 2014 I listened to the Wodcast Podcast when Julien Pineau’s name dropped and his sandbags. This peaked my interest and I looked into it some more. Then in 2016 I found out Julien was coming to the Netherlands to do a seminar hosted at Crossfit Unscared in Utrecht. I went, and I was sold! I knew then and there that I wanted to pursue this more and use the Strongfit Principals to help people. Since then the learning and experimenting never stopped. Now after a couple of years of thinking about it I decided to take the step and open up some space to start coaching. So here we go!
